This 5-module course introduces foundational topics to help you in areas such as body awareness, mindfulness and stress management.
Course topics include:
Stress and the Nervous System, Mindfulness, Meditation, Attachment and Surrender and Burnout and Resilience.
Each module includes a lesson, lesson notes, a guided meditation and worksheets. These are designed to introduce you to each topic and help you integrate the learning into your everyday life in ways that best suit you.
